Today’s Allopathic Protocol:
This morning, draw CBC, fasting glucose + HbA1c, 25-OH-D, TSH±fT4±TPOAb, AMH; schedule a semen analysis after 2–3 days abstinence. While awaiting results, start cholecalciferol 2,000 IU with breakfast (safe under UL) and book a 4–6 week lab re-check.

Today’s Holistic Protocol:
For the next 90 days, lock 10:00 PM–6:00 AM sleep (±30 min). From 8:00 PM, keep light ≤30 lux and screens off; get 10–30 min outdoor light within 30 min of waking; finish dinner ≥3 h before bed.
