Daily micro-protocols for the 90-day miracle window

🔬 Pre-Bump Biology
Fertility thrives on rhythm—both biological and behavioral. Iron powers ovulation, implantation, and sperm DNA repair, but absorption is highest when hepcidin is low in the morning. Pair that with a yoga-driven parasympathetic reset, and you’re aligning two fertility levers: micronutrient delivery and hormonal harmony.
🧬 Protocol Drop
Today’s Allopathic Protocol:
Eat 120–150 g (4–5 oz) cooked, lean, grass-fed beef two to three times per week, paired with a vitamin-C-rich vegetable (e.g., ½ red bell pepper or 1 cup broccoli). If ferritin < 30 μg/L, add oral iron (40–65 mg Fe) every other morning with a vitamin-C drink, then recheck labs after 8–12 weeks.
Today’s Holistic Protocol:
Practice 20 minutes of gentle yoga daily: 12 minutes of hip-openers, 2–4 minutes of mild inversion (legs-up-the-wall), and 5 minutes of slow coherent breathing (~6 breaths/min). This sequence raises HRV, lowers cortisol, and steadies reproductive hormone signaling for both men and women.

📚 Glossary Pop
Hepcidin: A liver-made hormone that regulates iron absorption. When hepcidin levels rise—typically later in the day—your body shuts the gate on iron uptake. Morning meals or alternate-day dosing time iron intake to when that gate is open.
