Daily micro-protocols for the 90-day miracle window
Day 22 of 90
| November 1, 2025 |
🔬 Pre-Bump Biology
Membrane chemistry and toxic load decide tomorrow’s embryos. DHA upgrades sperm and egg membranes and fuels pro-resolving signals that support implantation, while an organic, low-residue meal-prep slashes pesticide biomarkers within days—protecting steroidogenesis and DNA integrity. Together, you boost fertilization odds and stack the deck for clinical pregnancy and live birth.
🧬 Protocol Drop
Today’s Allopathic Protocol:
Start DHA 1,000 mg/day (minimum 500 mg/day) with your largest meal for the next 90 days. Prefer rTG/algal DHA; optional EPA 200–400 mg/day. Re-check your Omega-3 Index in 8–12 weeks and titrate toward ~8%.
Today’s Holistic Protocol:
Lock a Sunday organic meal-prep that swaps at least one high-residue fruit/veg serving daily (berries/leafy greens/peppers) for organic/low-residue options. Wash correctly (12–15-min baking-soda soak for firm skins), store in glass/stainless, and avoid heating in plastic. Maintain ≥5 servings/day produce all week.

📚 Glossary Pop
Omega-3 Index: The percentage of EPA+DHA in your red-blood-cell membranes. It reflects tissue omega-3 status over ~3 months. An Index near 8% is a practical target in pre-conception programs to align with spermatogenesis and follicle maturation.
